Summer Break is Here!!

Austin was sad to see his school year come to a close but we kicked off summer in a fun way this year! When he came home from school I had the driveway decorated and a party set up in the backyard. We had silly string, filled water guns, water balloons and yummy snacks and two friends joined us, Tyler and Taylor and their mom. We all chased each other around and the kids pretty much sprayed the moms with everything they could!! It was a beautiful day and so much fun to release some energy towards summer break!

 The very next day after school let out we were off to Zoombezi Bay. Jacob's fourth birthday was just a few days later and he really wanted to go to Zoombezi Bay for his birthday so Emily spent the day with Lance and Jere and we were off for a fun day at the water park! Jacob had to choose between a big party for his birthday or our family going to the water park. I think we were all happy that he chose the water park. :) He did have some friends and family meet us at a park on his real birthday too. That blog is next.

Our Birthday Boy

A friend that Jeremy works with decided to show some love to our family this summer and she really spoiled us with a beach ball sprinkler, a 12 foot ring pool and several beach balls and all the supplies needed to take care of the pool, such as a cover, chlorine and solar panels!! It was so nice of her and we are all enjoying it so much!! We just set the pool up yesterday so we'll be spending lots of days in the backyard!

 The boys and I were in awe as Jeremy kept bringing more stuff in the house. Their little eyes were huge! I have heard that Austin has shared this with some of his friends and he said "it was just such a blessing."
