Say No to Exercise

Today I motivated myself to do my Cardio Pilates DVD while Jake was sleeping. Austin wanted to watch a cartoon instead. I convinced him to wait until after I did my exercises. We must have looked like a comedy act. Austin kept getting in my face and saying the funniest things while I was trying to work out. Here are my favorites: "Mom, really she (the instructor on the DVD) can do it by herself." Then a few moments later, "Why does she wear the same clothes every day!?" I did get to complete my workout and Austin even joined in, making sure to tell me when he didn't like certain exercises and asking me if I was okay every time I exhaled.
