Beach Fun

We had a great time at Myrtle Beach last week! This was our first full vacation as a family of four and the first trip to the beach for the boys. We were able to celebrate our eighth wedding anniversary, Father's day and Jeremy's nearing graduation. Austin loved playing in the ocean and riding his boogie board. He was very brave and even learned to do some tricks where he went head first into the waves. The salt water didn't seem to bother the boys at all. Jake liked to sit in the sand for as long as we would let him. He stayed busy with his shovels and buckets. At night Austin still wanted to play in the ocean and Jake was terrified of the water! He would run away from it with a look of horror and a long shrill! We spent a lot of time at the lazy river and baby pool. They were right next to each other and Austin could swim in the lazy river by himself and Jake could play in the baby pool and Jeremy and I could sit back and relax!!
